Thea joned ECAAR
in August 2002 as the Development Manager, working to raise funds
for ECAAR's core programs and special projects by writing grants,
planning budgets and seeking strategies to achieve our mission and
goals. As Executive
Director, Thea is responsible for the day to day operations of the
organization, as well as working with the Board to carry out our mission.
Kate Cell,
Publications Editor
Kate joined
ECAAR in April 2000. She has served as office manager and General
Director, and now works with us on a contract basis. She solicits
articles, composes and edits our print newsletter, and other publications,
and maintains our websites. Kate also continues to be involved with
planning our sessions at conferences such as the annual ASSA (Allied
Social Sciences Associations) meetings, and the Eastern Economics
Association meeting.
